Weekly Ice Bath Wellness Enhancement Initiated Through Partnership between AURA Skypool and Bioniq
The AURA Skypool Ice Bath Workshop, a collaboration between AURA and Bioniq, offers a unique wellness experience that combines dynamic movement, breathwork, and ice therapy. This workshop is one of AURA's elevated experiences, held high above the city in the luxurious AURA SKYPOOL.
The workshop aims to help participants activate inner resilience, boost energy, and promote physical recovery. It begins with guided breathwork and meditation, followed by an ice bath immersion, all under the guidance of AURA's certified Wim Hof Instructor. The ice bath sessions are designed to promote profound physical and mental rejuvenation, benefiting participants by lowering cortisol levels, enhancing energy reset, improving mental clarity, emotional release, heightened self-awareness, and increased physical performance.
