Waldniel Autumn Events: Free Workshops on Health, Culture, and Safety

Waldniel residents can look forward to a series of free events this autumn, covering a range of topics from health and wellness to cultural traditions and safety.

Kicking off the season is a herb walk in Kaiserpark on October 11th from 10 am to 2 pm. This event focuses on immune-boosting plants, a timely topic as the weather turns cooler.

Later in the month, on October 28th from 6 pm to 7 pm, Mario Zippel, a Rehatrainer and Heilpraktiker, will lead a themed evening discussing pain assessment and chronic pain management. This event promises valuable insights into managing persistent pain.

On October 30th from 3 pm to 4:30 pm, a lantern procession will celebrate St. Martin's Day. This family-friendly event will showcase traditional lanterns and offer a chance to learn about the holiday's history.

Earlier that month, on October 22nd from 3 pm to 4:30 pm, Kriminalhauptkommissarin Britta Färvers will lead a lecture on 'Safety in Public Spaces' at Markt 22 in Waldniel. This event aims to educate residents on staying safe in their community.
