In Neuburg, Germany, two new support services have been established to provide assistance and comfort to those affected by disabilities and cancer.
The EUTB Oberbayern Nord counseling service, located at Brüdergarten 2, offers a free service for individuals with disabilities and their relatives. This service caters to a wide range of topics, including rehabilitation, work, education, housing, leisure, social contacts, and relationships. Appointments can be made Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM by calling (0841) 99 47 14 05. Alternatively, emails can be sent to [email protected].
For those battling cancer or recovering from it, a self-help group has been established at Bürgerhaus Ostend, Berliner Straße 164, Neuburg. This group meets every 3rd Thursday of the month, starting at 7 PM. The meetings provide a supportive environment for those affected by cancer, offering a chance to connect with others in similar situations. The group is open to the public.
The Caritasverband für die Diözese Speyer, with its Caritas-Zentrum Germersheim located at Nikolaus-von-Weis-Straße 6, 67346 Speyer, is responsible for offering the free counseling service for people with disabilities and their relatives.
In addition to the self-help group meetings for individuals with cancer and post-cancer, open consultations are held every Thursday from 2 PM to 5 PM at Bürgerhaus Ostend. These consultations are open to the public and offer an opportunity for individuals to seek advice and support.
These new support services in Neuburg aim to provide a helping hand and a supportive community for those in need, making a positive impact on the lives of many.
