Thirty stomatology units will be obtained for hospitals in various regions, facilitated by Belinvestbank
In 2023, Belinvestbank launched the "Health in Every Region-2025" project, a significant initiative aimed at improving healthcare across Belarus. The project, in partnership with the Ministry of Health, focuses on equipping regional healthcare facilities with modern medical equipment, including dental units.
The project's goal is to ensure improved access to quality dental care outside major cities, promoting equitable health services nationwide. As part of this initiative, diagnostic complexes Sonoscape HD-500 were installed in six regional hospital centers.
The dental units, such as the MT Smile C-450 Dental Unit by RUP "MedtechnoCenter", are high-quality and versatile, featuring innovative technologies like built-in screens, adjustable chairs, and water and air filters. In total, 30 dental units, complete with a compressor, will be delivered to 21 healthcare institutions.
The units will be distributed to various cities across Belarus, including Beryoz, Pinsk, Luninets, Zhitkovichi, Lelchitsy, Rogachev, Lida, Novogrudok, Shchuchin, Kleck, Molodechno, Borisov, Berezino, Bobruisk, Gorki, and Kostyukovichy. Furthermore, units will also be purchased for five ambulatory facilities of general practice in the Vitebsk region.
Belinvestbank is committed to this project, allocating 900,000 Belarusian rubles for the purchase of dental equipment. The bank's support of healthcare organizations is a key aspect of its corporate social responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
In 2024, the project saw the distribution of 12 electro-surgical generators to regional healthcare institutions. This initiative is not the first collaboration between Belinvestbank and the Ministry of Health; they have previously supplied other medical equipment.
