Senior, Brackel takes part in Zumba Gold, a dance fitness class suitable for various age groups.
Get ready to dance and have fun as the Brackel dances OnSite event series returns for its second round on Thursday, September 25, 2025. One of the highlights of this event will be a Zumba® Gold class, a joint-friendly and gentle fitness programme perfect for older people and those with physical limitations.
The Zumba® Gold class promises to be filled with fun and music, making it an enjoyable way to improve coordination and build fitness. The event will take place at AWO Brackel/Neuasseln, Haferfeldstraße 3 (entrance via the schoolyard).
