Revealed: Over One-Seventh of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Injury Reports in Israel Go Missing Due to Technical Glitches, With Official Data Showing 82% Disappearance

The State Comptroller's office has released a report criticising the Israeli Health Ministry's conduct during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in relation to the handling of vaccine injury reports.

In 2021, a total of 345,200 reports of adverse events following the administration of the Pfizer mRNA injection were received by the Health Ministry. However, only 18% of these reports were recorded in the ministry's database.

The report states that the Health Ministry failed to process an additional 33,000 reports due to a lack of ability to analyse reports filed anonymously and a shortage of manpower in the Department of Epidemiology. This failure to process reports promptly has raised concerns about the ministry's ability to monitor and address potential side effects of the vaccine.

Furthermore, the report highlights that 283,064 vaccine injury reports were "lost" due to technical errors. It is important to note that the exact reasons for these errors remain unclear.

The report also mentions that no investigation was conducted into sudden or unexplained deaths. Additionally, 200 reports of menstrual changes were not investigated promptly.

The report has brought to light several cases of myocarditis/pericarditis, with 275 cases reported and most victims hospitalized. The Health Ministry has denied any increase in cardiac arrests.

It is worth noting that 55,000 reported vaccine injuries were mild, such as fever and pain at the injection site.

Despite these challenges, it is crucial that health authorities continue to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of those who receive the vaccine, and work to address any shortcomings in their reporting and investigation processes.
