Toledo City Hall Announces Expanded Sports Programme for 2025-2026 Season
The Municipal Sports Patronage of Toledo City Hall is set to offer an extensive sports programme for the 2025-2026 season, with over 8,000 places available for residents to participate. This marks the biggest increase in the Patronage's history, boasting around 2,000 more places than last year.
Registrations for the upcoming season will open on 1 September, and the activity calendar will be presented during the last week of August. The aim is to cater to the needs of all Toledo residents by offering a wide variety of activities.
Rubén Lozano, the Sports Councillor, commented on the increase, stating, "We want to ensure that anyone in the city has the opportunity to practice sports through the Municipal Sports Patronage."
The activities will take place in all city facilities, including the Central School of Physical Education pavilion, San Lázaro pavilion, and Carlos III football field. The focus for the 2025-2026 season will be on promoting health, healthy lifestyle habits, and individualised treatment for each user.
