This initiative, part of the national project "Family" initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is already operational in Magadan and is expected to be extended to all corners of the region soon.

The items available for rental include portable and children's cribs, strollers (including double ones), car seats, baby carriers, play mats, motor and sensory development game sets, and sling backpacks. Required documents to obtain items for temporary use include ID, birth certificate, marriage certificate (or divorce decree), and education certificate (for students). The items are intended for temporary use, and the issue and return of items are based on a receipt and transfer act signed by parents and Social Center specialists.
