Change, Challenge, Chance – Empowering Women in Business
Franziska Giffey, Mayor and Senator for Economics, Energy, and Operations, Nicole Korset-Ristic, Vice President of IHK Berlin, and Carola Zarth, President of Handwerkskammer Berlin, will kickstart the event, aiming for around 1,000 participants. Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel, an expert in sustainability and transformation, will deliver the keynote speech.
Expect enlightening panel talks on topics like "Trends and growth fields of the economy" and "Woman, power, media. There's still room to grow", featuring inspiring speakers such as Theresia Crone, an activist and influencer, Ruth von Heusinger, founder of ForTomorrow gGmbH, and Petra Pinzler, journalist and author of "Hat das Zukunft oder kann das weg? Ein Fortschrittskompass".
Breakout Sessions and Workshops
Special breakout sessions will feature insights from experts on "foundation" and "succession, business takeover/transfer", along with dedicated role model entrepreneurs. Parallel workshops will be led by Josephine Ballon, Sabrina Rizzo, and Uta Zech, experts in legal matters, behavior, and negotiation, and equal pay advocacy, respectively.
