In the heart of Cologne, a nine-year-old girl named Antonia Goffart from Neuss embarked on an educational journey that combined curiosity, learning, and fun. Antonia was a participant in the popular German TV programme, "The Great Mouse Show - Children ask, Adults marvel" (or "Die große Mausefalle – Kinder fragen, Erwachsene staunen" in German).

This show, known for its blend of inquiry-driven content and educational elements, is aimed at children but manages to captivate audiences of all ages. The programme centres around children posing questions, often curious, simple, or profound, that reflect their natural wonder about the world. These questions are then answered by experts, celebrities, or hosts who provide explanations that are both accessible for younger audiences and insightful enough for adults.

Antonia's adventure began at a cheese farm in Leichlingen, where she learned about the role of bacteria and enzymes in cheese-making. She even helped create cheese curd and placed it in molds. During her visit, Antonia also got to pet a cow named Pony and was even able to take some cheese back home.

The highlight of her trip, however, was her visit to the studio of "The Great Mouse Show". There, she met celebrities and received autographs from them. Antonia was particularly impressed with the celebrities on the show and praised them for their involvement in finding crystal-clear answers to the children's questions.

After her visit, Antonia returned home to Dreikönigenviertel, wiser and more knowledgeable. Before her return, she had also attended the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Gymnasium after the summer holidays, where she continues her creative hobbies, such as painting, crafting, reading, writing, and meeting with friends.

Tonight, "The Great Mouse Show - Children ask, Adults marvel" will air on ARD's First channel at 8:15 PM. In addition to cheese, the show will explore other everyday riddles. Special guest, Florian Silbereisen, will also be on the show to get a taste of "Mouse air".
