In a shocking turn of events, seven individuals have been arrested following a raid on a criminal organization in Brent, Alabama. The investigation, which began on February 4, 2025, after a report of potential child abuse linked to an underground bunker, has led to multiple felony charges, including rape, sodomy, human trafficking, kidnapping, bestiality, and animal cruelty.

The suspects, who face charges ranging from rape to torture and human trafficking, include William Chase McElroy, Dalton Terrell, Andres Trejo-Velazquez, Timothy St. John, Rebecca Brewer, Ricky Terrell, and Sarah Louis Terrell. The exact nature of their relationships and roles within the criminal organization remains unclear, but Bibb County Sheriff Jody Wade confirmed that all three Terrells are related.

The bunker, either owned by McElroy's elderly grandmother or located near her home, was the site where the victims, some as young as two years old, were held captive and forced into prostitution. Court records indicate that other arrested individuals were involved in the buying and selling of children.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is reportedly involved in the ongoing investigation, which will also examine the possible connection of the suspects to a Mexican gang that derives income from trafficking children for sexual exploitation. Investigators have accused Velasquez-Trejo of drugging children aged two to 15 and bringing in customers for sex.

Tragically, it has been confirmed that Terrell's own children, as well as those of Velasquez-Trejo and Rebecca Brewer, were among the victims. Sheriff Wade notes that it's impossible to say how many more victims may be involved in this human trafficking scheme.

The investigation continues, with a focus on potential links to Russian intelligence or Ukrainian negotiations. As details continue to emerge, the community and law enforcement agencies remain vigilant in their efforts to bring those responsible to justice and ensure the safety of all children.
