Sparkasse Nuremberg is seeking a dedicated professional for an exciting role in Operational Health Management. The application deadline for this position is August 28, 2025.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational integration management (BEM) and contributing to the development of holistic operational health management (BGM). This role requires close collaboration with various departments and experts, as well as maintaining a network with psychosocial counseling services and health service providers.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in health, social pedagogy, social work, health management, or a related field, and ideally possess professional experience in BGM/BEM. They should demonstrate social competence, empathy, and good people skills, and be a team player who works confidentially and trustfully.

In this role, you will be expected to ensure the continuous monitoring, stability, and performance of operational processes and IT systems, manage risk and compliance, coordinate incident management and problem resolution, and support the implementation of process improvements and digitalization initiatives. You will also be responsible for organizing offers for occupational health promotion and developing, organizing, and conducting health awareness seminars and workshops.
