Tobi, a loving husband and a proud father of a young son starting kindergarten, has been building a strong physical body over the years. His wife, Vanessa, carries a heavy burden, managing childcare, doctor's appointments, worries, and tears every day. No one can bear this burden alone, implying that Tobi's family and community are facing a collective struggle.
The donations received are being used to cover the family's ongoing costs, including home expenses, living expenses, and illness-related costs. A financial cushion is being created with the donated funds, providing much-needed relief during this difficult time.

After six weeks of wage replacement, one only receives sick pay from the health insurance, which is about 66% of income. This sick pay is paid for a maximum of 78 weeks, after which the entitlement ends completely.
