Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a passion for advising companies, with at least 3 years of experience in European environmental and product law and customer consulting. They will have successfully completed their university studies as a full-qualified lawyer and will be highly motivated, flexible, goal-oriented, and capable of setting priorities clearly.
The candidate should have excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing, and a strong ability to communicate precisely in both writing and orally. They will also have the capacity to present practical solutions and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities
The tasks for the full-qualified Lawyer will involve advising clients on environmental and product law matters, identifying and implementing product-specific obligations, and ensuring product compliance in all European markets. The candidate will also work with a team of professionals in an interdisciplinary setting, as part of the tasks for the full-qualified Lawyer may involve working with Schlüter-Systems KG.
Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of the European and national legislations regarding WEEE, batteries, packaging, eco-design, RoHS, CE conformity, or copyright levies.
