8. The local ban on staying and consuming alcohol in the old town and the Rhine promenade has been lifted.
9. Indoor sports facilities can accommodate up to 1,000 spectators (maximum 33% of capacity), given negative tests, a seating plan, and a checkerboard seating arrangement.
10. The mask requirement, as provided by the NRW Coronavirus Protection Ordinance, remains in effect, mainly in closed spaces such as buses, trains, retail stores, doctor's practices, or at hairdressing services.
